Terms of Reference

Formed by representatives of chambers of commerce, employers and employees associations, human resources experts, and industry associations, government bureaux/departments, the Organising Committee and its members will perform the following roles and functions:

  • To oversee and advise on the planning and implementation of the Family-Friendly Employers Award Scheme;
  • To lend weight to and increase the credibility of the Award Scheme;
  • To give endorsement to the Award Scheme;
  • To publicise the Award Scheme, introduce its benefits, and therefore encourage participation within OC members' respective organisations, sectors or industries; and
  • To act as the channel of communications and/or contact point between the Award Scheme and member organisations or industry counterparts of the OC members.
