Ceremony Details
The Award Presentation Ceremony of the 2017/18 Family-Friendly Employers Award Scheme will be held at 2:30 p.m. on 8 December 2018 at the Storybook Theatre, Hong Kong Disneyland.

Guest Reception
All guests attending the Award Presentation Ceremony should arrive at the reception counter before 1:30 p.m. and present the reply slip enclosed in the invitation email (Annex III) to collect their admission tickets and event credentials. Please safekeep your tickets and event credentials which cannot be re-issued once being collected. After registration, our staff will guide the guests to the Storybook Theatre in groups. 15 to 20-minute walk is required from the reception counter to the Storybook Theatre.
Lucky Draw
There is a lucky draw session in the ceremony. Each guest will be provided an event sticker upon entry of the Storybook Theatre. On each event sticker, you will find one of the 8 Family Icons of But's Family. It will also serve as the coupon for lucky draw to be held during the ceremony.
Arrangements on Collecting Award Certificates
"Family-Friendly Employers－Grand Award" and "Outstanding Family-Friendly Employment Practices" will be given out onstage during the ceremony. The awardees can deposit their trophies and certificates at the enquiry centre located at the "Comet Cafe, Tomorrowland" after the ceremony and retrieve the same at the enquiry centre.
Companies/organisations which are awarded "Meritorious Family-Friendly Employers" and/or "Special Mention (Gold)" can collect their award certificates at the enquiry centre from 3:30 p.m. to 10:30 p.m. by presenting the reply slip of the invitation email (Annex III).
Family Fun Day
The Family Fun Day at the Hong Kong Disneyland will start immediately after the Award Presentation Ceremony where all guests can enjoy various attractions and facilities at the Disneyland from 3:30 p.m. till 11:00 p.m. (with buyout period starting at 8:30 p.m.).
